NoBull Fitness is a strength and conditioning gym located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Although we specialise within strength and conditioning, which uses exercise prescription specifically to improve performance in athletic competition whether it be strength or conditioning goals; and is also designed to help athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within their sports performances. We also offer a wide range of cardio and free-weights equipment to cater all your fitness needs whether it be sport specific training, weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness.
We’ve always been involved and had a passion in the fitness industry and together have several years experience as Personal Trainers, working with some elite athletes and professional sports teams along the way. We had a vision and came together to open ‘NoBull’ as we felt we had so much more to offer; we want to use our in-depth knowledge to educate and improve the quality of people’s lives. In order to truly impact a persons life, you must educate them on why and how the human body works; this then allows the individual to understand the changes they are making and carry this on in their future lives.
