Although we specialise within strength and conditioning, we also offer a wide range of state of the art cardio and free-weights equipment to cater all your fitness needs whether it be sport specific training, weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness.

 

Our team of specialist coaches have a vastly experienced and diverse background covering all training styles including CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Sport Specific training, Strength and all types of conditioning training.

CLASS TIMETABLE

Metabolic Conditioning: HIIT style conditioning, working at a high intensity to burn body fat.

LIFT: Working on the fundamentals and technique of big compound lifts (with resistance accessory work).

Engine Room: Endurance style conditioning, working on improving aerobic capacity.

Strength & Conditioning: Does what it says on the tin, combination of resistance training in a conditioning format.
